CNC milling cutter

Job description :

At the ASCO Deutschland GmbH site in Gedern, we are looking for a full-time CNC milling cutter (f/m/d) with immediate effect, limited to 12 months.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setup, and operation of CNC milling machines according to work instructions and work plans
• Carrying out set-up activities on CNC-controlled cutting machines, including tooling according to production instructions and running in the programs
• Monitoring the respective production processes
• Quality control of the manufactured components using standard measuring equipment
• Documentation of the components produced
• Recognizing quality deviations and initiating countermeasures and documenting them
• Deburring the manufactured components
• Machine and workplace cleaning and workplace cleaning
• Carrying out simple maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance plan
• Reading drawings for the respective components
• Working independently in production
• Making bookings in the Mapics ERP system
• Operating multiple machines

PROFILE:

• Completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator or similar
• Professional experience in CNC milling or turning
• Willingness to work shifts
• High level of teamwork and flexibility
